What’s included in the kitten price

Vaccines and vet check
Age-appropriate vaccinations, an exam by a licensed veterinarian, FIV/FeLV test, deworming and flea treatment. Everything is recorded in the vet passport.

Microchip and papers
Microchip, vet passport, health certificate, sales contract and the breeder’s birth certificate. WCF pedigree is included or issued on request, depending on the kitten.

Airline-approved carrier
Every kitten goes home in its own carrier. Take two kittens and the second one is discounted.

Support after pickup
Seven days a week: food, litter, the first week at home, your first visit to your own vet. A one-year health guarantee is written into the contract.

How pickup works
The showroom is open by appointment only. The kitten doesn’t spend the day around strangers, and you arrive at a set time without waiting.

Choose a kitten
In the catalog or with the 4-step finder. Ask for extra photos and videos; we shoot them the same day.

Pay the deposit
$500 or $1,000 depending on the kitten, through Stripe. It is non-refundable and takes the kitten off the market.

Book your time
Monday to Friday 10 am to 5 pm, Saturday until 4 pm, Sunday until 5 pm, Central Time.

Pick up
Half an hour in the showroom: documents, a food and litter walkthrough, the carrier. Pay the balance on site by cash, Venmo or Zelle, or online in advance through Stripe (3% fee).

Registrations
Partner catteries are registered with WCF. We also work within TICA, CFA and USDA requirements for animal care and transport.

Health
Before handover every kitten passes a veterinary exam and age-appropriate vaccinations, plus an FIV/FeLV test, deworming and flea treatment. Copies of the records go with the vet passport.

Guarantee
A one-year health guarantee applies. If a covered health problem is confirmed after purchase, compensation is issued as store credit. Full terms are in the contract; read them before you pay the deposit.

Contract
The deposit is recorded in writing: kitten name, amount, timeline. The reservation becomes valid only when the payment clears; until then the kitten stays on the market.
The deposit is not a place in line. It takes one specific kitten off the market.

Frequently asked questions
Can I pick up a kitten the same day?
Yes, if the kitten is marked «Pick up today» and a visit slot is free. The showroom works by appointment: we confirm the slot first, then you drive over.
Is the deposit refundable?
No. The deposit is non-refundable because it is passed to the breeder to hold your kitten. Pay it after you have watched the videos and asked every question you have.
When does a reservation become valid?
Once the payment clears. Until then the kitten stays available to other buyers, even if you have already submitted the form.
How can I pay?
Deposits go through Stripe. The balance can be paid online through Stripe (3% processing fee) or at pickup by cash, Venmo or Zelle with no fee.
What about vaccines and the microchip?
Age-appropriate vaccinations are done, the vet check is passed, the FIV/FeLV test and deworming are complete, and the microchip is in place. The records are handed over with the vet passport.
Do you ship to other states?
Yes, from Chicago to all 50 states: air cargo in a climate-controlled hold, or a flight nanny in the cabin. Cost and method depend on the distance and are agreed before the deposit, not after.
Do kittens come with a pedigree?
For some kittens it is issued right away; for others it is ordered on request under the contract. Each kitten card shows this on a separate line.
Is there a discount on a second kitten?
Yes. The exact amount depends on the pair; the manager quotes it before the deposit.
What if a health problem is found?
A one-year health guarantee applies. With a confirmed covered problem, compensation is issued as store credit. Terms and deadlines are in the contract.
Can I get breeding rights?
On request and with the breeder’s approval, usually around $1,000. Arrange it before the final paperwork is issued.
