A reservation is secured with a deposit. Once received, the kitten is officially held for you and removed from availability. We immediately begin coordinating with the breeder and preparing all required documents and travel arrangements.
Deposits are non-refundable because they are transferred to the breeder to secure your kitten. This guarantees that the kitten is exclusively reserved for you.
Deposits are processed securely through Stripe. The remaining balance may be paid online through our website via Stripe (3% processing fee applies), or at pickup via cash, Venmo, or Zelle with no additional fees.
No. All costs are clearly outlined in advance — kitten price, delivery option (cargo or nanny), and any optional pedigree or breeding rights. There are no surprise charges.
Unfortunately, we don’t keep all kittens at our place in Illinois. We bring them here only after reservation. Before we bring the kittens to Illinois, they have to get 2 PCH and rabies vaccines and be at least 16 weeks old.

Unfortunately, deposits are not transferable for other kittens, except the one you have chosen. The reason is that upon request, a deposit is paid to the breeder in order to keep the kitten for you. Arrangements and exceptions can be made ONLY if both the originally chosen kitten and the newly desired one are at the same breeder, AND if the kitten is still not spayed, and the purebred certificate has not been issued under your name.
Yes. We encourage you to request additional photos, videos, and parent information so you feel completely confident in your choice.
We provide full transparency: photos, videos, breeder details, documentation, and ongoing communication. You are welcome to ask questions at any stage. Our process is structured, documented, and professional from reservation to delivery.
Your kitten must complete all required vaccinations and reach the legally required travel age (minimum 16 weeks). Final timing depends on veterinary clearance, airline scheduling, and weather conditions. We prioritize health and safety over speed.
We work with breeders from Europe. Every kitten has to get at least 2 PCH and rabies vaccines before it comes to the USA. We bring kittens to the USA after they are 16 weeks old.
If your kitten is already 16 weeks old, necessary pick up or shipping arrangements can be made. Usually, it takes about 3-4 weeks after you have made the order and paid the deposit.
Your kitten travels in an airline-approved carrier in a temperature-controlled environment. We schedule the flight in advance and provide complete flight details. You will pick up your kitten at your airport’s cargo facility. The process is safe and commonly used for pet transport.
A professional flight nanny accompanies your kitten in the cabin and personally hands your kitten to you at the airport. This option is available for certain breeds or for families who prefer cabin travel.
Each kitten arrives with a health certificate and breeder-issued birth certificate. If pedigree papers were requested and purchased, they are provided once issued by the club.
All kittens are examined by a licensed veterinarian before travel and meet vaccination requirements. Health documentation is provided. We are committed to placing healthy, properly socialized kittens in responsible homes.
You’ll need a litter box with kitten-safe litter, quality food, fresh water bowls, a carrier, scratching surfaces, and a quiet space for adjustment.
Adjustment takes time. Your kitten may be shy at first. A calm environment, consistent routine, and gentle interaction help them settle quickly and feel secure.
Yes. We remain available for support, including feeding guidance, litter recommendations, and general care questions. You are not left on your own.
If something unexpected comes up, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to adjust timing based on breeder and airline availability.
Breeding rights may be available upon request and approval from the breeder. This must be arranged before final documentation is issued.
This is required for rabies vaccination compliance and safe international transport. We follow all legal and veterinary standards to protect your kitten’s health.
There are two options.
1. You have to but the breeding rights from the breeder. The rights are usually around 1000$. (Need to clarify with the breeder). It allows you to breed a kitten for selling or just for yourself.
2.The second option you will neuter/spay a kitten by yourself later and send us documents of a successful operation. Also, we strongly recommend neutering /spaying a kitten at an early age, as it positively affects its health. Prolongs it’s life and prevents many diseases also like cancer.
