I had been contemplating the idea of owning cats for a while and spent a lot of time searching for reputable breeders online. Initially, I hesitated to adopt the kittens because I travel frequently for work across different countries. I contacted Meowoff to explain my situation and requested specific tests and documentation that would allow me to take the kittens with me while traveling.At first, I experienced a bit of a communication delay, but they quickly apologized for the wait. Once we connected, they were very responsive and helped me obtain all the required documents and tests for the kittens.After the team brought the kittens to the USA, they informed me that they would need to keep them for a few days to ensure their health and readiness for their new home. The day I flew is the day that the Airlines shutdown so luckily I was almost home. After many years of searching for a perfect british short hair fur baby to adopt, hoping I could find one locally but there was no luck since it's one of those cat breeds that are surrendered rarely and snatched up very quickly! Luckily, I stumbled upon Meowoff online after a random search and thought this is it if not now when?! I was skeptical at first but as desperate as I was I went ahead and placed the deposit without much research. I ended up waited a good 6 weeks with very little communation from their part. The staffs are friendly enough to reply in a timely manner whenever I reach out with questions and concerns. I just wish they would at least give me weekly updates especially as a new customer! I definitely reccommend meowoff to anyone only if you are prepare to wait at least up to 6 weeks if the kittens aren't available for pick up on their website! I am very happy with Emily and will consider getting a second one from meowoff in the future! :D
