Communication between everyone was really easy throughout the whole process, paid for the deposit online after I called and confirmed my kitty was still available, picked him up in person at their Chicago location, staff at the location was super nice and helpful answering any and all questions I had. Seamless process, my kitty was given a clean bill of health from my vet as expected, and immediately was comfortable when I got home with him, super playful, fun, beautiful and social kitty. 100% recommend if anyone is considering, the price was worth it for the level of service and care that was put in, along with all the info and extra goodies provided was well well worth it!
